Trying to keep at it...

Hi everyone. I am trying to keep at my blog for all of you followers, but I am failing miserably. Sorry for that. :(

But, at least I bring a new card for you today. I just made this card for a recent family anniversary. I always try my best to make the card part masculine and part feminine, best of both worlds I guess. So I try to go with colors that are soft with a punch of bold. My soft in this case is the aquamist color and my punch of bold is the pure poppy red.

Don't you just love that stamped border towards the bottom of the card? My new favorite background building stamp from Papertrey Ink called A Little Argyle. So many neat things you can do with this stamp set. The other stamp set I used is from the anniversary set that Papertrey Ink sends out free to their customers if they purchase 12 or more stamp sets in a year. I far exceeded that number, can't get enough if their stamps.

Supplies:
cardstock, stamps - Papertrey Ink
ink - Papertrey Ink, Tsukineko
pen - American Crafts (white)
label die - Spellbinders
metallic gems - Hero Arts
